We are looking for a talented web designer/developer who shares our excitement for revolutionizing how organizations recruit through our best-in-class custom websites. Roll up your sleeves and bring your web design, CSS/HTML, and Javascript skills to our web-based design builds for a range of diverse clients and projects. You will be an integral member of the Product team at Paradox, working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams to build and ship bespoke websites for our clients.

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams to build and ship bespoke websites for our clients. In this role, you will:

• Design mocks and create wireframes based on clients’ needs and goals, partnering with our Client Success team to capture the unique story and ethos of each client
• Use your CSS/HTML skills to execute on design plans and build websites 
• Assist in the creation of new frameworks and components, and supporting and troubleshooting existing sites
• Approach each build with a balance of speed, attention to detail, and flexibility to the changing needs of the project and their team
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing various deadlines and competing priorities

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in web design and/or web development roles
• Comfortable using CSS and HTML to develop and maintain websites
• Comfortable reading and interpreting JavaScript
• Design experience using Figma
• Excellent design and storytelling skills
• Portfolio or samples of design work
• Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters office
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of SQL and/or Node.js preferred
