We’re hiring a Talent Operations Analyst to help us grow our organization through the power of creative software and streamlined processes. This role requires a unique mix of project management and analytic skills, and we’re looking for someone who can both think strategically and execute quickly.

As a Talent Operations Analyst, you will:

Become an expert on our talent tech stack and own day-to-day system administration of the Paradox recruiting platform and its accompanying workflows/systems related to hiring, onboarding, workforce data, learning & development, and analytics

Initiate and lead both long-term strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects aimed at driving operational efficiency, building scalable solutions for our growing team, enhancing user experience, and evolving our recruiting technology stack

Develop and manage reporting and analytics tools for key talent metrics, continuously seeking data-driven insights to inform our processes and practices

Provide excellent customer service to the Talent team as you support, troubleshoot, and consult on questions and challenges related to Talent technology, data, and workflows

Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback, voice of the customer, and feature beta testing to help improve and evolve the Paradox platform

Champion Paradox values and client-centric approach to user experience, continuously driving new initiatives to deliver magical moments to our job seekers, recruiters, hiring managers, and beyond


Experience & Skills Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with a range of recruiting and HR technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS or HCM platforms, onboarding tools, CRMs, and related software
  • Track record of successfully leading a range of HR projects related to technology, organizational systems, process efficiency/optimization, and/or analytics
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting and insights, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI/analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Quicksight, etc.)
  • Extremely comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and novel technologies
  • Deeply analytical, curious, and data-driven
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office location (once we're able to safely return to in-person work)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
