Job requirements:

  • Experience as a QA in software development projects.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, software testing/release.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing and evaluating international standards such as CMMI, ISO 9001, 27001.
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum process.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical and communication skills.
  • Good at English.
  • Good sense of teamwork, high responsibility.

What you will do:

  • Develop and apply processes and policies to the project and provide necessary training to ensure that all members understand processes thoroughly.
  • Supervise the execution of development processes and conduct internal audits.
  • Recognize potential or existing impediments and conflicts, actively find solutions and make necessary process improvements and optimizations.
  • Organize and participate in obtaining certificates of software development organizations.
