The Integration Specialist is responsible for the success of client projects and their integration processes. This role is responsible for building and deploying Integrations within client accounts. This role will help by building integrations from project workbooks and visual workflows to help support client TA processes and ensure data from Paradox is shared across multiple platforms.


Responsibilities

- Build, test, and maintain integrations via APIs for cloud-based applications and HR/recruiting systems.

- Ability to follow workbook design documentation to develop and deploy integrations on a per project basis.

- Handle different request types and end points, while maintaining a library of useful API calls to be used as needed.

- Identify areas of improvement within workflow solutions through ongoing research and validation.

- Identify repeatable integrations and develop tools and products that will allow for implementing and deploying Integrations faster as well as maintaining integration integrity.

- May provide feedback to project teams on design adjustments to better handle certain integration scenarios.


Required Qualifications

- Experience building integrations for enterprise SaaS software, ideally in an HR/recruiting technology environment.

- Deep technical understanding of APIs, especially Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON-RPC and XML-RPC.

- Familiar with AWS, JSON, SFTP and XML data structures.

- Experience building integrations in API development platforms such as Postman, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft and/or SoapUI.

- Previous experience in consulting or other customer-facing roles with a high level of comfort leading client conversations, preferred but not required.

- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities at a given time.

- Good English skills, especially written and verbal English communication skills.
