We are looking for a talented Front-end Web Developer who shares our excitement for helping organizations recruit and hire through our best-in-class websites, built from scratch to showcase their unique career opportunities and share their stories. This is an exciting opportunity to roll up your sleeves and bring your web design, CSS/HTML, and Javascript skills to a large number of web-based design-build for a range of diverse clients and projects.
You will be an integral member of the Product and Engineering team at Paradox, working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams to build and ship bespoke websites for our clients.

As a Front-end Web Developer, you will:
- Evaluate, develop, and deliver based on design mocks and wireframes per clients’ needs and goals.
- Partner with our client success and design teams to bring to life the unique story and ethos of each client.
- Use your CSS/HTML expertise to execute design plans and build websites.
- Assist in the creation of new frameworks and components using HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
- Perform required maintenance, updates, and debugging of existing sites as directed by the design and product team.
- Approach each build with a balance of speed, attention to detail, and flexibility to the changing needs of the project and their team.
- Participate in the design, development, and support of technical projects from design to completion according to project standards and competing priorities.
Job requirements:
- 2 years of experience of hands-on front-end development building websites using Javascript, HTML, CSS, etc. Experience with VueJS or Nuxt JS is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Functional experience with storing, tracking, collaborating, and version control of code via GitHub.
- Experience implementing responsive web design principles to ensure that client websites render well across multiple devices.
- Experience with taking designs via Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma (preferred) and independently building sites to specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with working through complex issues.
- Able to build reusable codes for future use and share among front-end websites.
- Possess an open mindset, embracing new ideas, perspectives, and approaches.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and managing various deadlines.
- Portfolio or samples of previous website development work.
