Paradox is hiring a results-oriented creative leader to join our growing team focused on developing impactful, candidate-centric career websites that help our clients attract top talent and streamline hiring. This role will oversee the entire website development process, from initial concept to successful launch, ensuring every career site we build for our clients is a powerful recruitment tool that delivers impactful results.

As a Creative Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team driving the delivery of industry leading client career sites. In this role, you will:
- Provide project management and operational leadership for Paradox’s career website development business, optimizing for both speed and quality of delivery
- Manage and develop a team, including designers, developers, and copywriters helping us to continually elevate our creative capabilities and career sites.
- Lead global cross functional project teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of complex client projects
- Monitor resources and manage timelines for all career site projects, adjusting and communicating to stakeholders as priorities evolve
- Provide creative direction and quality oversight for all client career sites, ensuring each website meets Paradox’s high bar for design, user experience, and seamless technical integrations with hiring platforms, HR systems, and other Paradox products
- Act as a project sponsor and join client meetings as needed to support client relationships and project execution
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading digital marketing projects in software, marketing, advertising agency or related field
- Experience supporting web development or design projects for large enterprise or Fortune 500 companies
- Previous management experience leading multi-functional teams
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines and resources
- Excellent working knowledge of web design, user experience (US), and web development principles in the context of talent acquisition
- Track record of success in client-facing roles involving direct partnership with executives and organizational leaders
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, HR, or comparable field (or equivalent work experience)
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting technology, including career sites, ATS, CRM, HCM, or other related technologies preferred
- Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ office is highly preferred, but we’d consider alternative arrangements for the right candidate
