As a Client Success Intern, you will be responsible for contributing to team efforts in support of new client onboarding, training, and technical support. In this role, you will:
- Gain first-hand experience in professional account management
- Develop deep expertise in our product and provide hands-on technical support throughout clients’ journey with our software solutions
- Create magical moments for our clients and their end-users, as you collaboratively provide customer service and account support
- Build meaningful internal and external relationships that allow us to truly understand client challenges, and help create custom solutions to meet their unique needs
- Contribute to account configuration, training, technical troubleshooting and problem-solving, and other projects as assigned
- Participate in cross-functional internship programming intended to support professional and personal growth over the course of the summer
Experience & Skills Required
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, graduating Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
- Previous customer-facing work or internship experience, such as customer service, sales, recruiting, or similar roles
- Strong technology skills, able to quickly learn new software
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities/projects/accounts at once
- An innate desire to help, understand and find solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a knack for staying calm under pressure
- Can commit to a 12-week onsite summer internship in our Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL offices (Out-of-state students are welcome!)
- Authorization to work in the United States
