At Paradox, we’re proud to support some of the biggest brands in the world, have been recognized as a Human Resource Executive’s Best HR Product, and were recently named one of Forbes’ Top 500 Startup Employers.  We’ve experienced tremendous growth and we are hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to drive business expansion through our global partner network by creating compelling, content delivery, digital efforts and sales enablement. 


Our Channel Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with internal and external teams to develop creative campaigns and content that drive client growth and expansion opportunities through key strategic partners. 


Channel Marketing Manager responsibilities include:

  • Developing marketing strategies and programs specific to channel partners and their clients
  • Driving channel revenue through effective use of digital campaigns, webinars, events and sales enablement materials 
  • Delivering consistency of the Paradox brand in all content and communications, while customizing to the unique partner and client audience
  • Effective use of channel marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, product interest and adoption and expansion opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with product marketing to create launch strategies and enablement materials to highlight channel partner integrations
  • Creating clear and compelling messages and materials to communicate Paradox product updates with a deep understanding of both partner and partner client needs and objectives


A successful Channel Marketing Manager has: 

  • A track records of driving B2B sales results through marketing programs and initiatives
  • Demonstrated cross-functional marketing expertise and co-marketing experience
  • Ability to craft clear, direct messaging and content that speaks our clients’ language
  • Experience in SaaS (software as a service) marketing - particularly marketing to large enterprise organizations
  • Deep understanding of the HR Tech ecosystem, preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills matched with brand and relationship building experience
  • Successful project management skills and a proven ability to work across functional areas to implement strategies
  • Familiarity with Keynote, InDesign, Pardot, and Salesforce is preferred
